The thickness of your lenses depends on your prescription. Here are the available options at Nooz:
Single thinning: Recommended from +2.00 and -2.00 diopters.
Double thinning: Recommended from +3.50 and -3.50 diopters.
Ultra-thin: Recommended from +/- 5.00 diopters.
