NOOZ × Le Chat: a glasses collection designed with Philippe Geluck

For more than 40 years, Le Chat, the iconic character created by Belgian cartoonist Philippe Geluck, has been casting his mischievous, offbeat eye on the world. This autumn, that eye meets NOOZ's, in a Belgian collaboration as unexpected as it is obvious.

A meeting that's no coincidence

NOOZ and Le Chat were both born in Belgium, a few years apart. Both look at everyday life in their own way. For them, simple is never simplistic, every detail counts and intelligence comes with a light touch.

At NOOZ, that vision becomes eyewear designed to go with you through everyday life, with simplicity and high standards. For Philippe Geluck, it takes the form of subtle humour: a line, a few words, and suddenly things take a different turn.

So, naturally, there was something to be made.

Le Chat sees life through NOOZ

This meeting gave rise to a one-of-a-kind edition created hand in hand with Philippe Geluck.

The iconic CRUZ model comes in exclusive colours, while the box, case and cleaning cloths are dressed in original Le Chat illustrations. Every detail was designed to stay true to his world: playful, attentive, precise… with just the right touch of quirkiness.

The collection comes in three versions: Reading, for reading; Multi-distance™, to see clearly up close and at intermediate distance; and Blue-light, for the time you spend in front of screens.

A collection of glasses, then. But also a little piece of Le Chat's world to take with you.

The collection launch was celebrated at NOOZ Waterloo with Philippe Geluck, who came to meet Le Chat's fans and sign the collection.
