Once your return request is approved (within 48 hours), you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 15 days for processing.
Our logistic teams have a period of 15 working days to process your return.

⚠️ Do not return a defective item.

Your order number.
The reference of the damaged item.
A description of the problem.
Photo evidence.
If your package has been delivered already damaged, please keep a proof in the form of a photo of the condition of your package on arrival.
All claims for items that arrive damaged must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, Nooz will not be able to process your request.
Once we receive the above information, we will ensure that the problem is rectified as soon as possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For the following countries:
Spain, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, France, and Belgium
👉 A prepaid return label will be provided.
👉 A fixed fee of €6 will be deducted from your refund or credit.
For all other countries:
👉 The customer must choose their own return shipping method.
👉 Return shipping costs are entirely at their expense.

At Nooz, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return.

Refund: including initial shipping fees if the entire order is returned.
Store credit: equal to the value of the returned items +10% bonus. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
