If your package has been delivered already damaged, please keep a proof in the form of a photo of the condition of your package on arrival. All claims for items that arrive damaged must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, Nooz will not be able to process your request. Once we receive the above information, we will ensure that the problem is rectified as soon as possible. Please do not return any items to us unless requested to do so by a member of our Customer Service team. This can prolong the process and we may not always need to requisition the faulty items.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Nooz does not provide pre-paid return labels. The return form we provide contains only the return address where you can send your order and allows you to indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund. Thanks to this information, our teams will be able to speed up the process of handling your return.
