Warranty is applied by means of a coupon of the value of the damaged item. This coupon has a duration of 15 days and it must be used on our site for the purchase of a new pair of glasses. Please note that the warranty coupon do not take in charge shipping costs. These remain at customer’s expense.
Warranty covers purchases made on Amazon. If your order was placed on Amazon less than two years ago, you can contact us directly with a proof of purchase.

As soon as we receive all these information and if conditions are met, we will send you a coupon for the value of the damaged item so that you can acquire a new pair on our site. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

If your purchase took place at a Nooz reseller less than two years ago, you can contact us directly with a proof of purchase.

All our glasses are covered by a 2 years warranty period (Nooz cases not included). Warranty will not be effective and Nooz cannot be held responsible in the following cases:
Negligence or accidents.
Lack of maintenance or care.
Aging of the product.
Modification of the product by the customer or a third party.
Loss of glasses.
Loss of Nooz case.
