All our glasses are covered by a 2 years warranty period (Nooz cases not included).
Warranty will not be effective and Nooz cannot be held responsible in the following cases:
If the warranty conditions listed above are met, we ask you to contact our customer service by email mentioning your order reference (which is in the confirmation email).
Please make sure to provide some photos of your glasses in order for us to identify the problem.
As soon as we receive all these information and if conditions are met, we will send you a coupon for the value of the damaged item so that you can acquire a new pair on our site.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If your purchase took place in store or on Amazon less than two years ago, you can contact us directly with a proof of purchase.
